Wolves monitoring Juventus outcast Arthur Melo

The Brazilian midfielder endured a disappointing spell at Liverpool on loan from Juventus in the 2022/23 season but managed an encouraged loan spell at Fiorentina last season.

Arthur helped the Serie A giants reach the UEFA Conference League finals and managed a total of 48 appearances throughout the season. He is still contracted to Juventus and has two years of his contract but is expected to make a permanent move this summer.

Wolves along with Newcastle United are the two latest clubs taking an interest in the outcasted Brazilian midfielder. The 27-year-old midfielder is currently at the peak of his physical ability and has successfully revived his career under the guidance of Vincenzo Italiano last season.

According to Juvefc, Wolves are yet to make an official bid for Arthur but are continuing to monitor his situation. Juventus will also be hoping to clear out the deadwood from their roster and cash in a small transfer fee in the process.
