OFFICIAL: Aaron Anselmino completes his move to Chelsea

The Blues have completed the signing of Boca Juniors defender Anselmino in a £15.6m deal and has penned a seven-year contract with the West London giants. Chelsea were heavily linked with the Argentine defender throughout the summer transfer window.

The young centre-back made his senior-team debut in June 2023 and has made 10 appearances in total since making his professional team debut.

Anselmino has become Chelsea’s eighth signing of the summer and will be sent back to Boca Juniors for a season-long loan, where he will continue his development in his native country.
