Chelsea outcast Trevoh Chalobah wanted by West Ham
The England international has fallen down the pecking order after he was left out of Chelsea’s pre-season tour in the United States by new manager Enzo Maresca. The highly-rated Chelsea academy graduate is pushing for a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer.
West Ham are in the market for defensive reinforcements following Kurt Zouma’s imminent move to Saudi Arabia. They have identified Trevoh Chalobah as an ideal replacement for the Frenchman who would generate pure profit according to the PSR rules.
Chalobah is contracted with Chelsea until 2028 and a permanent move is on the cards for the defender as he has struggled to nail down a starting place in Chelsea’s first XI.
