Nottingham Forest announce the signing of Jota Silva

Nottingham Forest confirmed the signing of Jota Silva from Vitoria de Guimaraes for the next four years. The club announced the news through their official website and are thrilled with the arrival of the Portuguese.

Forest stated that they are impressed with Silva’s performance last season, scoring 15 goals and seven assists from 42 games across the competitions. Furthermore, the club said that Silva is ‘a versatile forward capable of playing anywhere across the front line’.

Forest survived relegation after finishing 17th at the end of the 2023/24 season, being only six points above Luton. Silva’s arrival would be a positive addition for Forest to stay even longer in the top flight competition.
