Arsenal agree personal terms with Viktor Gyokeres

The Gunners have reportedly struck a personal agreement with deadly striker Viktor Gyokeres, who had a sensational campaign with Sporting CP last season. Mikel Arteta has made the Swedish his top striker target this summer.

Arsenal have initiated contract talks with the player and his agent and made quick progress over the personal agreement. Gyokeres scored an incredible 43 goals in 50 games last season for the Portuguese giants.

But, Sporting are holding out a valuation of around €80 million and it will be interesting to see if Arsenal are willing to pay such a ridiculous amount this summer.
