Jordan Pickford England’s trusted goalkeeper at Euro 2024 made headlines not just for his performance on the field but for his unconventional wedding attire.

Pickford who is now 30 years old tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart Megan in a low-key ceremony attended by just five guests and their son Arlo.

Unlike most high-profile weddings Jordan chose to wear ripped jeans, a tracksuit, and a baseball cap while Megan donned a blouse and white fur. The couple had planned a grand ceremony in the Maldives but the pandemic disrupted their plans.

The pair who have known each other since Megan was 14 now live in a luxurious £2.1 million mansion in Cheshire.

Despite the low-key wedding, Megan has supported Jordan through thick and thin including his remarkable performances that helped England secure five clean sheets at Euro 2024.

A Pricey Ring Disaster

One of the most dramatic moments for the couple came when Megan’s £500,000 engagement ring got stuck on her finger due to water retention during pregnancy.

Desperate to save the ring Megan tried various home remedies like washing up liquid, butter, and ice, but nothing worked. Eventually, they had to visit a jeweler to cut the ring off much to Jordan’s dismay.

Despite these personal challenges the couple continues to thrive. Megan often compared to Coleen Rooney has a growing Instagram following and is tipped to become a prominent WAG.

The couple’s luxurious lifestyle is completed by a stunning home and a pampered pet Cavapoo named Rubie reflecting their strong bond and resilience through ups and downs.
