Cole Palmer has a new friend arriving from Brazil, thanks to Chelsea’s new deal with the youngster
The Blues have completed a £56million deal for the Brazilian wonderkid who will join from Palmeiras next summer.
While Chelsea fans have to wait a year to see their newest signing in action, the excitement is just building over and over for his arrival.
The 17-year-old is dubbed as one of South America’s next biggest prospects, nicknamed as ‘Messinho’, or ‘Little Messi’, due to his stature and quality on the ball.
That was very evident sight in Palmeiras latest victory as his goal helped his side secure a 3-1 victory over Juventude in Brazil’s Serie A.
Moreover, after scoring, Estevao pulled out a very familiar celebration as he replicated Palmer’s ‘cold’ gesture, rubbing his arms with puffed-out cheeks.
An idea that was inducted at Manchester City by now-Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers became Palmer’s trademark celebration at Chelsea.

“Another incredible night, victory, goal, congratulations to the whole team, we continue!! God knows all things.” This was the message after the goal from Palmeiras youngster.
Later, Palmer shared the image of the 17-year-old’s celebration on his Instagram story and the simple caption was as follows “Soon,” accompanied by a winking emoji.
The opportunity to see Estevao and Palmer in the same Chelsea team will be quite an exciting experience at Stamford Bridge.
