Arsenal and Manchester City suffer blow in chase for Premier League star

Arsenal have been handed a transfer blow as Buno Guimares is keen on staying at Newcastle United. The Brazilian is happy at St James’ Park is not looking to leave.

As per a report in ToDoFichajes, Guimares was a target for Arsenal and Manchester City, but he has decided not to move. He wants to work with the Magpies for another season and then see if a move should take place.

PSG were also looking to sign the midfielder this summer, but they moved for Joao Neves instead. Arsenal were ready to offer Aaron Ramsdale in the deal, but the move is not unlikely.
