Wolves’ deals on deadline day: Silva and Chiquinho moved on loan, Andre and Forbs join

Premier League club Wolves managed to get some good business done on the deadline day of the 2024 summer transfer window. The Old Gold moved players like Fabio Silva and Chiquinho on loan.

While Silva joined La Liga’s Las Palmas on a season-long loan move with no further obligation to buy (via ‘Fabrizio Romano‘), Chiquinho also secured a season-long loan move to Spanish club Mallorca in an agreement involving no obligation to buy (via ‘Danyal Khan‘).

Meanwhile, Wolves managed to get the signatures of Andre and Carlos Forbs across the line on the deadline day. Midfielder Andre joined from Brazilian club Fluminense on a permanent transfer worth around £21 million (via BBC), and forward Carlos Forbs joined from Eredivisie’s Ajax on a season-long loan with an option to buy around £11 million (via Wolves Alex).
