West Ham reach agreement to sign Jean-Clair Todibo
The Hammers have reached a total agreement to sign Nice-defended Jean-Clair Todibo on a season-long loan with an option to buy next summer. Several European clubs have monitored the former Barcelona defender, but West Ham have now won the race in the Frenchman’s signature.
Jean-Clair Todibo is set to undergo medical today ahead of a proposed move to the Premier League. OGC Nice were keen to offload the defender on a permanent deal, whose contract expires in the summer of 2027.
If the defender agrees to a move to the London Stadium, it would be an initial loan move with a €40m (£34.22m) buy option next summer.
