Wolves are now two points off the relegation zone and an impressive start under the new manager. They will be happy with the point as the result could have gone either way.
Bentancur equalized for Tottenham minutes after Hwang scored for Wolves in the first half. Son missed a penalty late in the first half, but Johnson scored late to ensure they went into the break with the lead.

Archie Gray – 7: Played as a center-back today and impressed. He won all his duels and was rock solid at the back.
Destiny Udogie – 6.5: Another injury worry for Tottenham as the left-back came off injured today.
Midfielders
Yves Bissouma – 6: Did not get involved a lot and was just running around to get the ball for his team. He was taken off just after the hour mark.
Rodrigo Bentancur – 7: Back from a suspension and will now miss the next match after picking up a booking today. He scored on his return and will be happy with his performance.
Brennan Johnson – 6: Isolated the whole time he was on the pitch but managed to get the goal that gave them the lead. Many would question if he played for the penalty, but he did what any forward would do in that situation.
Dejan Kulusevski – 9: Man of the match once again as he was running the show and also creating the chances. He has been their best player this season and they would suffer without him on the pitch.
