Tottenham eye potential deal for AS Monaco’s full-back: Report

As per a recent report by ‘TEAMtalk‘, several reports in Brazil have held that Premier League club Tottenham has initiated contact with Ligue 1 side AS Monaco regarding a potential deal for right-back Vanderson.

The 23-year-old is tipped to be one of the most skilled and talented young players in French top-tier football. When one comes to Spurs’ options at the right-back, Pedro Porro is referred to as Postecoglou’s first choice at this stage leading into the next season. Further, new signing Archie Gray is there to provide the required backup.

But with the number of defensive players Tottenham has shown the exit door till now in the ongoing summer window, Big Ange surely could use more help in that area of the pitch in the form of Vanderson.
