Raheem Sterling offered to rivals Aston Villa
Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling has been deemed surplus to Enzo Maresca’s requirements who has exiled the England international from the first-team squad. Sterling still has three years left on his contract and has been given permission to leave Chelsea amid uncertainty over his future.
Juventus seemed to be interested in the former Man City winger along with Aston Villa who emerged as an option for the 29-year-old winger. Sterling along with left-back Ben Chilwell has been asked to train apart from the first team.
Since his arrival at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2022, Sterling has made 81 appearances for Chelsea.
