OFFICIAL: Bobby Clark completes move to Red Bull Salzburg

Liverpool midfielder Bobby Clark has sealed a permanent transfer to Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg where he would reunite with Liverpool’s former assistant manager Pep Lijnders.

The teenager joined the Reds in the summer of 2021 and has made 14 first-team appearances for Liverpool. Lijnders is a huge admirer of the talented midfielder and pushed for a reunion with the England Under-20 international.

“After an incredible three years at Liverpool, I’ve decided it’s time for a new challenge,” Clark said on Twitter.

“I’ve learned so much during my time at the club and am very thankful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve had.

“Thank you to all the fans who supported me on this journey.”
