Niclas Füllkrug completes medical ahead of West Ham move

Borussia Dortmund striker Niclas Füllkrug underwent his medical on Sunday ahead of a move to the London Stadium this summer. The Hammers are reportedly paying £27m to sign the German forward that will be paid in full this summer.

West Ham are in the market for a new centre-forward and the 31-year-old German striker has completed his medical and will sign his contract on Monday. Füllkrug will pen a three-year contract with the Hammers with the option of an additional year until the summer of 2028.

Julen Lopetegui will be hoping that the former Werder Bremen striker hits the ground running after his sensational campaign with Dortmund where he scored 15 goals and provided ten assists in 43 appearances last season.
