Napoli pushing to acquire Scott McTominay from Manchester United

Serie A giants Napoli are reportedly pushing to sign Scott McTominay from Manchester United, according to journalist Peter Hall (via Transfer News Live on X). The Red Devils are also expected to accept their offer of £25 million as the Scotsman looks set for newer pastures this summer.

McTominay had also been a target of Fulham but the Cottagers have apparently cooled their interest, with the midfielder keen to play under Antonio Conte, who took charge of the Partenopei this summer. Once the transfer materializes, the 27-year-old would perhaps be the 11th player to depart Old Trafford this summer.
