Nacho Transfer – Spanish Star to Leave Real Madrid at the End of the Season: Reports
Nacho Transfer: Defender is considering transfer options to the Saudi Pro League and MLS
According to football transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Nacho Fernandez (widely known as Nacho) could well exit the La Liga club Real Madrid after his sixth UEFA Champions League final at the end of the 2023-2024 season. Romano further hailed in one of his official ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) posts that the Spanish center-back is looking for transfer options in the form of the Major Soccer League (MLS) and Saudi Pro League.
However, any official communication from the players’ and the Los Blancos’ behalf remains yet to be put in front of the public as touted by Fabrizio Romano. Nacho also reportedly doesn’t want to stay in Europe and carry his career further in the continent in spite of being recently linked to a move away to this season’s Seria A winners and Italian giants Inter Milan.
Nacho has made 25 appearances for Real Madrid in the ongoing La Liga season. In these outings apart from his defensive contributions, he also has an assist to his name for the club. The 34-year-old has started just less than 50 percent of the matches for the Spanish side in the league this campaign. However, in the 2023-2024 UEFA Champions League run-in, he has turned out to be a significant option for Carlo Ancelotti making 11 outings in the competition till now and starting about 83 percent of these games.
