Manchester United trying to trump Manchester City, Barcelona and Chelsea to sign Dani Olmo
Premier League giants Manchester United are moving at an impressive pace in this summer’s transfer window as they have now seriously entered the race to sign Euro 2024 winner Dani Olmo.
The Red Devils face intense competition from the likes of Manchester City, Barcelona as well as Chelsea, but are confident of their approach for the talented forward.
In a latest development, Manchester United have expressed interest in signing Olmo and Spanish outlet AS claim they have now made a ‘forceful’ move to secure his signature. The Red Devils have already sealed the signings of Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro.
Olmo has a release clause worth €60m (£52m) but that can only be activated by end of day today, July 20!
Speaking about his future ahead of the Euro final in Berlin against England, Olmo had said, “My people know what I want to do… I have too much to do with the Euros to be thinking about other things. I have a contract with Leipzig and we have a very good relationship. There will be no problem. My 60 million clause until July 20? You know what you have to do. If not, you’ll have to fight a little later.”
