Manchester United to continue their chase for Burnley midfielder

According to ‘Transfer News Live’, and backed by ‘Sun Sport’, Premier League giants Manchester United are pushing hard to sign Championship club Burnley’s Norwegian international midfielder Sander Berge in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The reports had it that the Red Devils are willing to give the 26-year-old a contract with a decent sum of weekly wages pertaining to around £100K per week. United and Erik ten Hag could need reinforcements in the midfield area as the future of players like Casemiro, and Scott McTominay are still up in the air.

Sander Berge could be someone who can provide the Old Trafford-based side some stability in the middle of the park, considering he has experience playing in the Premier League in his career so far.
