Manchester United slashes Jadon Sancho price amid Juventus talks: Will he make the Move?
As the summer transfer window nears its end Manchester United are reportedly ready to part ways with Jadon Sancho at a significantly reduced price.
The 24-year-old winger, who was once a prized signing is now at the centre of transfer talks with Juventus and other European giants.
Sancho Future in Doubt as Juventus Steps In
Jadon Sancho once hailed as a superstar is no longer a key figure in Erik ten Hag’s plans at Manchester United.
Despite setting aside differences with the manager before the pre-season and playing an active role during the US tour, Sancho’s position in the squad has become uncertain.
He was notably absent from the match against Fulham with Ten Hag hinting that Sancho’s place in the squad is far from guaranteed.
With just a week left in the transfer window Juventus have reportedly taken concrete steps toward securing the Englishman’s signature.
According to Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Juventus are keen on signing Sancho and has already begun discussions over the terms of a potential deal.
The French press, including RMC Sport, has gone further claiming that Manchester United have slashed Sancho’s asking price to €30 million (£25.4 million) in an effort to offload him this summer.
The decision now rests with Sancho who must choose between a move to Juventus or Paris Saint-Germain. Barcelona are also rumoured to be interested and potentially looking to take Sancho on loan while Chelsea are considering a late bid before the window closes.

United Ready to Move On
Sancho’s journey at Manchester United has not been the success many hoped for. Brought in as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s dream signing for £73 million in 2021, the winger struggled to find his form. His debut season was slow and despite a better performance in Ten Hag’s first year, his overall contribution has been underwhelming.
With three years of inconsistency behind him, Manchester United appears ready to cut their losses and move on from the once highly sought-after player.
Ten Hag has shown little interest in giving Sancho the time or opportunity to regain his form, signalling that it’s time for the winger to seek a fresh start elsewhere.
As the clock ticks down on the transfer window, all eyes are on Jadon Sancho’s next move. Will he take the opportunity to revive his career in Italy, or will another European giant swoop in at the last minute? The answer could come in the next few days.
