Manchester United in talks to sign Brazilian defender Vanderson
The Red Devils are considering a move for AS Monaco defender Vanderson in case Aaron Wan-Bissaka secures an exit this summer. Wan-Bissaka has only one year remaining on his contract and has attracted heavy interest from rivals West Ham United.
Vanderson, who turned 23 last month has made 84 appearances for Monaco, with no release clause in his current deal with the Ligue 1 giants. His contract with Monaco expires in the summer of 2028 and he has emerged as a potential replacement for Wan-Bissaka.
The 23-year-old Brazilian has the potential to succeed in the English top-flight and offers more attacking threat than the former Crystal Palace defender.
