Manchester United frontrunners for Noussair Mazraoui signature as West Ham move collapses

According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich defender Noussair Mazraoui wants to join Manchester United after rejecting a move to West Ham United. The Moroccan has endured a tough 2023/24 campaign with injuries and has fallen down the pecking order at Allianz Arena.

West Ham pulled out of the conversation after learning the defender’s desire to join United this season. He wants to be reunited with boss Erik ten Hag, as the duo have previously worked together at Ajax.

Romano said, “Noussair Mazraoui has decided to give total priority to Manchester United. He would love to go to United, he wants the move and would love to be with Ten Hag. Mazraoui is waiting for United and an agreement over personal terms will not be a problem.”
