Manchester City star joins Real Sociedad

Manchester City have confirmed that Sergio Gomez has joined Real Sociedad. The left-back has moved to the Spanish side for €10 million, with the Premier League champions getting a 30% sell-on clause added.

The 23-year-old joined Manchester City from Anderlecht and spent two seasons at Etihad, where he won six trophies. However, he never managed to get a permanent spot in the starting XI and was often used as a substitute.

He managed to make just 38 appearances for the Cityzens and is now looking to get more game time in Spain.
