Man City Fixtures for Premier League 2024/25 Season: Key Matches, Kick-Off Times, Schedule, and Venues
Man City had yet another successful season in the Premier League in the 2023-24 campaign. They became the first team in history to win four Premier League titles in a row. They were arguably not at their best but still managed to continue their brilliant run.
Man City typically started slow and had a poor run in November where they were winless in the four Premier League matches with three draws and one defeat. However, they bounced back brilliantly and didn’t lose a single game after a 1-0 defeat against Aston Villa on December 7.
On the final day, Pep Guardiola’s side needed to beat West Ham United to win the trophy regardless of Arsenal’s result against Everton. Man City beat the Hammers 3-1 comfortably and won the title by two points.
Having won the treble in the 2022/23 season, they couldn’t repeat the exploits last season. They were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals against Real Madrid and lost in the FA Cup final against rivals Man United. However, winning the Premier League was another huge success and they will hope to continue their streak in the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Pep Guardiola will remain at the helm and will look to strengthen the squad this summer. The likes of Jamal Musiala and Savio have been linked with a move to Man City this summer. The Cityzens were also linked with Lucas Paqueta but have distanced themselves following his betting charges. City have also been linked with a move for Argentine young talent Franco Mastantuono.
Meanwhile, the likes of Kalvin Phillips and Bernardo Silva could leave the club. Kevin De Bruyne has also been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia while Jack Grealish has been linked with a departure in search of regular playing time. Joao Cancelo is also likely to move on following his loan spell at Barcelona.

Man City key fixtures in Premier League 2024/25 season
City, despite their record-breaking win, appeared to be away from their absolute best last season and will definitely need to add reinforcements. Moreover, they managed just three wins against the ‘Big 6’ in the Premier League last season.
Man City failed to beat Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea out of the traditional ‘Big 6’ in the Premier League last season. This includes five draws and one defeat. They beat Manchester United in both league fixtures and drew one and won one against Tottenham Hotspur.
They also notably lost against Arsenal and Man United in the Community Shield and the FA Cup final respectively. It’s clear that they need to improve their performances in key fixtures if they are to retain the title.
