Liverpool reportedly keeping tabs on Club Brugge star wanted by Arsenal too
Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Club Brugge star Maxim De Cuyper, according to Belgian outlet Nieuwsblad (via CaughtOffside). The Reds are keen to sign the full-back, who has scored 25 goals and made another 27 assists since making his senior debut in 2019. His ridiculous numbers have unsurprisingly garnered attention from many other European clubs, such as Sevilla, Real Betis, Ajax, Marseille and Wolfsburg.
Regardless, De Cuyper remains focused on developing with Club Brugge, but now, Arsenal and Liverpool have both shown interest in the player. The Premier League giants are monitoring his situation right now and it will be interesting to see how the saga plays out in the following weeks.
