Liverpool are reportedly interested in Jarrad Branthwaite

Liverpool have reportedly taken an interest in Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite who was heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford throughout this summer window. Everton have earlier turned down Manchester United’s £35million and £45million bids for the England international.

Everton are under no pressure to sell the talented young defender, who they value in the north of £70million but Everton and Liverpool do not exchange players due to their animosity, hence a move to Anfield for Branthwaite seems highly unlikely.

Jarrad Branthwaite is undoubtedly one of the best centre-backs in the Premier League and he is expected to prolong his stay at Goodison Park.
