Daniel Podence receives Saudi interest, Burnley’s Dara O’Shea linked, and Genoa’s improved bid for Fabio Silva
As per ‘Talking Wolves‘, backed by journalist ‘Ben Jacobs’, Premier League club Wolves’ forward Daniel Podence is reportedly on the radar of Saudi Pro League club Al-Shabab. The Middle East club is also touted to have made an initial approach to the Old Gold’s hierarchy for the player as things stand.
The report inflicts that even though nothing is advanced as of now, the Portuguese ‘is keen’ on a potential transfer to Saudi Arabia.
Further ‘Talking Wolves’ citing ‘John Percy’ from ‘The Telegraph’, has also reportedly laid out that Wolves are now in the race alongside league rivals Brentford to sign EFL Championship side Burnley’s player Dara O’Shea.
The Republic of Ireland defender could bolster Gary O’Neil’s defensive options, if signed, considering the Old Gold had let go of their ever-present captain Max Kilman recently to West Ham United.
O’Shea’s current contract at the Clarets does intend to run till June 2027.
The La Liga club Genoa are expected to return with a fresh bid to Wolves in order to sign the Old Gold’s outcast striker Fabio Silva. ‘Talking Wolves’ backing a report from ‘Express Sport’, insists that Gary O’Neil’s side is reportedly holding out for a permanent deal proposal for the Portuguese forward but is also willing to consider a loan with an option to buy regime.
The report states that Wolves value Fabio Silva currently at around £17 million. Silva doesn’t appear anywhere near the manager’s plans for the ongoing season.
