Jurgen Klopp announced Arne Slot signing in his last public appearance as a Liverpool manager
Jurgen Klopp has ended his tenure as a Liverpool manager. The Reds gave a quite proper farewell by beating Wolverhampton at Anfield with two goals to nil. However, instead of making it all about himself, the German gaffer showed his humanity level once again.
Out of the blue, Klopp chanted about Liverpool’s upcoming manager Arne Slot after delivering a speech which was joined by the Anfield crowd to sing along. This makes everything even clearer about who is the person to replace him in the future despite the club have not officially announced it.

Klopp ended his nine years stay with Liverpool, winning every possible title except the Europa League. The biggest achievement he has won for The Reds was the Premier League, something that had never come to Anfield for the previous three decades.
As things stand, Klopp explained that he wanted another hiatus from football just like what he did with Borussia Dortmund in the past. In his final speech, the self-proclaimed ‘The Normal One’ urged the Liverpool fans to keep believing about their future.
“We decide if we are worried or excited,” Klopp said. “We didn’t if we trust. Today, I am one of you. I stay a believer, 100%.”
Liverpool beat Wolverhampton with two goals before the break. Alexis MacAllister stunned Wolves’ defenders with his header in the first half and Jarell Quansah extended the lead six minutes later.
