International Masters League IML 2025 Points Table: Who’s at the top?
The International Masters League (IML) 2025 began with a nail-biting game between India Masters and Sri Lanka Masters on February 22nd at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy, Navi Mumbai. In the inaugural season of the league, a total of six teams are playing: India, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Australia, England, and South Africa.
The first game was super fun and exciting as India Masters won the contest by just four runs after scoring 222 runs in the first innings. Sri Lanka’s batting line-up was super strong, but Abhimanyu Mithun’s last over saved the game.
Only nine runs were required for Sri Lanka to win the game when Mithun brought in his experience and dismissed two batters to clinch victory over the legends. All the former players will be representing their country in the ongoing league, which increases the charm altogether.
The next game is between the West Indies Masters and the Australia Masters on February 24, 2025.
