Indonesia 0-4 Japan: Player ratings as the Samurai Blue crushed hapless Garuda Team in World Cup qualifiers

Japan crushed Indonesia 4-0 in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Friday. An own goal from Justin Hubner in the 35th minute put the Blue Samurai in front before Takumi Minamino doubled their advantage with only five minutes remaining in the opening stanza. Hidemasa Morita then made it 3-0 early into the restart and then substitute Yukinari Sugawara added a fourth after coming off the bench. Here are the player ratings:

Heroic display from the centre-back; made a staggering eight clearances.
