Houssem Aouar set to join Al Ittihad from AS Roma

AS Roma have agreed to sell Houssem Aouar for only €12m plus add-ons which will be deemed as a significant amount of profit considering he arrived as a free agent last year. The French midfielder is set to travel to Saudi Arabia in the coming days.

He had an underwhelming spell in Italy last season and struggled to make an impact under both managers Jose Mourinho and Daniele De Rossi. Roma thus sanctioned his move to Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad. This transfer will result in a considerable capital gain for the Italian giants.
