5 Best Forward Picks For Fantasy Premier League GW 4
Forwards are the trickiest to pick in Fantasy Premier League but it is then who have the most points potential. With the international break now over, the focus shifts to the Premier League and Fantasy Premier League as managers fight it out.
We bring you the best forwards to pick in game week 4 of the Fantasy Premier League.
1. Joshua Zirkzee
New Manchester United signing Joshua Zirkzee is one to watch for Fantasy Premier League GW 4 in the Fantasy Premier League. He had already found the net for United and looked in good form in the international break. United play newly promoted Southampton this season who are leaky defensively, therefore Zirkzee is expected to score. He is available for £7.0m and has accumulated 10 points so far. He has only been selected by 3.8% of the people.
2. Erling Haaland
As usual, Erling Haaland’s way is breathing fire. No one has started the season quite like him. In the 3 Premier League games so far, he has 7 goals including a consecutive hat trick. He also recently scored a winner on international duty for Norway. Haaland is on his own planet and while at this point it hardly matters who stands in his ways it’s Brentford this weekend. Can the Bees stop a hattrick of hattricks or will they be swept aside? Hattrick or not, expect Haaland to get returns.
3. Alexander Isak
Alexander Isak had been a heavy talking point after the first couple of weeks of Fantasy Premier League – this week but in gameweek 3 he delivered against Spurs as expected. On international duty, he scored 3 times in 2 games for Sweden. He is priced at £8.5m and is owned by 43% of the managers. This weekend, Newcastle play Wolves. They are yet to win and have conceded 9 times in 3 games. Isak seems to have returned to form and could well compound on Wolves’s misery.

4. Jean Phillipe Mateta
JP Mateta was expected to be a high-scoring asset in Fantasy Premier League this season but neither he nor Crystal Palace as a whole have delivered so far this season. He has been selected by only 4.2% of managers and has fallen in price to £7.4m. So far this season, he has a very poor total of just 5 points, despite having played 204 minutes. This weekend, Palace have a chance to return to form against promoted side Leicester City. The big Frenchman will be hoping to get on the scoresheet.
5. Jhon Duran
This summer, Aston Villa rejected several bids for Jhon Duran. Already it seems to have paid off, as the youngster has scored twice this season off the bench. Interestingly this is more than Villa’s main striker Ollie Watkins has managed. It could be this weekend against Everton that Duran replaces Watkins in the starting XI. He is available for only £6.0m and is a phenomenal talent. Everton have been the worst side in the league so far defensively, conceding 10 times in 3 games. Duran can well take advantage of that.
