Filip Jorgensen to Chelsea: Fabrizio Romano provides an update
Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Chelsea’s pursuit of Villarreal goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen. The Blues, despite having Robert Sanchez and Dorde Petrovic, are looking to add another goalkeeper to their ranks.
Jorgensen has emerged as a top target. As per Romano, the Norwegian goalkeeper has agreed on personal terms with Chelsea. Chelsea initially offered 20 million Euros but have since improved their bid. They’re reportedly now discussing the deal structure with Villarreal.
Apart from Jorgensen, Chelsea have also been linked with a move for Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin. Kepa Arrizabalaga could return to Real Madrid as part of that deal. However, Romano has claimed that Chelsea are closing in on sealing Jorgensen’s signature this summer.
