As of February 2025, the Dallas Wings are led by Head Coach Chris Koclanes. He was appointed to the position on 23 December 2024 and brought with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles with the Connecticut Sun, Los Angeles Sparks, and the University of Southern California (USC).
