Crystal Palace is monitoring Carney Chukwuemeka’s situation at Chelsea

The Eagles hold interest in Chelsea attacker Carney Chukwuemeka, who is one of the most highly-regarded prospects and could become an integral member in Enzo Maresca’s new-look squad.

The England Under-20 international, who also attracted interest from Barcelona, has four years remaining on his Chelsea contract. He reportedly has a release clause worth £40 million in his contract with the West London giants.

Crystal Palace has identified the youngster as the perfect replacement for Michael Olise, who moved to Bayern Munich this summer. Chukwuemeka has struggled to make his mark since joining Chelsea from Aston Villa in the summer of 2022.
