Chelsea Set to Sign Renato Veiga from Basel

Chelsea’s acquisition spree continues with the imminent signing of Renato Veiga from Basel. The 20-year-old midfielder is set to undergo a medical with the transfer fee expected to be around £11 million.

Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news adding that Veiga will sign an eight-year deal, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until 2032. Veiga who brings versatility to Chelsea’s midfield aligns perfectly with the club’s strategy of investing in young talent.
