Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah has been strongly linked with a move away from the Emirates throughout this summer transfer window and his recent agreement with Nottingham Forest collapsed in the final hour.

Earlier this summer, Nketiah was expected to join Marseille on a permanent deal but were unable to match Arsenal’s asking price for the England international. Now, Crystal Palace are considering a move for him, and is expected to leave Arsenal in the coming days.

The Eagles had a long-standing interest in the 25-year-old forward and are favourites to sign the Arsenal academy graduate.
