Bournemouth vs Man United Match Summary

Bournemouth vs Man United ended in a 2-2 draw at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday, April 13.

The hosts made a great start to the game and carried good momentum early in the game, allowing them to create chances. Dominic Solanke put Bournemouth a goal to the good after just 16 minutes following an assist from Marcos Senesi. However, Manchester United were no pushovers and responded shortly after. Bruno Fernandes scored to level the game just after the half-hour mark.

Bournemouth showed great character and maintained their tempo as Justin Kluivert restored their lead in the 36th minute. Senesi did brilliantly to grab his second assist of the night with a good pass. The Cherries led the Red Devils 2-1 at half-time.

The second half was a similar story as the first in terms of possession, with Manchester United having the ball for marginally longer. Bruno Fernandes grabbed his second goal of the night from the penalty spot after Adam Smith gave away a penalty. However, neither Bournemouth nor Manchester United were able to alter the scoreline thereafter.
