Bayern Munich plotting a move for Trent Alexander-Arnold

English defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is facing an uncertain situation this summer amid interest from European giants Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Trent has entered the final year of his contract and Liverpool have reportedly offered a mammoth contract extension for the defender who is expected to lead the Reds in the coming seasons.

The 25-year-old defender has been subject to interest from Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, with Bayern willing to offload Joshua Kimmich due to his enormous wage demands.

Bayern could offer Kimmich in an exchange deal for the English defender, who can slot in as a deep-lying playmaker at Allianz Arena.
