Aston Villa closing in on a move for Man City midfielder Kane Taylor

The Villians are closing in on an agreement to sign 19-year-old midfielder Kane Taylor, who came through the youth ranks at Bodymoor Heath before signing his contract with Man City in 2019.

He signed his professional contract with Man City in 2021 and scored four goals in 19 Premier League 2 games last season. He has been a regular in the youth teams but is yet to make his first appearance for the senior side.

Taylor is capable of playing in defence as well as in his natural position in the centre of midfield.
