Aston Villa close to sign Marcus Rashford ahead of January window Deadline

As the January transfer window shuts on Monday, 3rd February 2025, The England International, Marcus Rashford had agreed on personal terms to join Unai Emery-managed Premier League outfit, Aston Villa from Man United, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.

Fresh reports suggest that both the English sides have agreed in principle, that the deal includes a loan fee. The Villians will be paying the majority of his salary portion and the transfer deal does include an option to sign Rashford permanently in the summer.

Previously, the expelled winger from Ruben Amorim’s United squad was linked with AC Milan, Como, Barcelona and Al Ahli, however, the 27-year-old has agreed to join fellow league rivals Aston Villa and move to Villa Park before the January window deadline.
