Arsenal interested in signing Wolves Goalkeeper Dan Bentley: Reports

Earlier ‘Express and Star’, laid out that Arsenal is ‘poised’ to put forth a potential transfer move for Premier League rivals Wolves goalkeeper Dan Bentley. Now as per ‘The WOLFPACK’ and as asserted by renowned journalist ‘David Ornstein’, the Gunners have reportedly made an initial contact with the Old Gold reflecting their interest in the 30-year-old goalkeeper.

However, the report further mentions that Wolves would be willing to let go of Bentley only if Arsenal makes a bid that is suitable enough from their viewpoint so that they can further use the funds generated to reinvest in another player. Daniel Bentley’s current Wolves contract runs till June 2025. Since joining the club in Jan 2023, he has pretty much been under the shadow of Jose Sa at Wolves as the second-choice goalkeeper.
