Arsenal have rejected a loan move for Aaron Ramsdale

The Gunners have rejected a loan move from Ajax for club outcast Aaron Ramsdale who seems to be in a disgruntled mood at the Emirates due to lack of first-team opportunities. The England international played second fiddle to David Raya last season and did not play a single minute in any of Arsenal’s pre-season games.

Ramsdale made a total of just six appearances in the Premier League last season and is expected to make a big move in this summer transfer window. According to The Athletic, Arsenal have rejected an approach from Ajax to sign the goalkeeper on loan this summer.

Arsenal reportedly want the 26-year-old goalkeeper to leave on a permanent transfer before the transfer deadline.
