AC Milan and AS Roma played out an intense 1-1 draw, with the game having moments of brilliance and defensive reliance. The deadlock was broken when Reijnders scored a brilliant goal and it was followed up by the visitors when Dybala equalised with a moment of magic. Gabbia: 6/10 – The centreback was unable to keep up with the intensity of the Roma attackers, often falling behind.

Thiaw: 6.5/10 – He was strong in aerial duels and his reading of the game was excellent but he lacked composure in multiple moments.

Theo Hernandez: 7/10 – An energetic display as usual from the full-back, who was a little overambitious on the attacking side, often taking shots from low xG positions.

Midfielders

Terracciano: 4.5/10 – A disappointing outing for the young Italian defensive midfielder, who got subbed off after playing for just 45 minutes.

Fofana: 7/10 – A tireless display got rewarded with an assist for the opening goal, but got faded after that.

Reijnders: 8/10 – Another game, another goal for the Dutch midfielder, who also orchestrated the midfield perfectly tonight.

Jimenez: 6/10 – He showed some creativity but often ended up with wrong decisions.

Morata: 5/10 – A disappointing performance from the striker, who was not involved in the build-up play at all.

Paredes: 7/10 – Another good performance for the defensive midfielder, who controlled the midfield and delivered in dangerous set-piece situations.

Dybala: 8.5/10 – He scored a wonderful goal and was a constant threat throughout the game. He was the creative hub, with everything going through him.

Pisilli: 7/10 – The young attacker proved his mettle tonight, displaying vision with his pass to Roma’s first goal.

Dovbyk: 7/10 – Despite missing an early chance, the striker redeemed himself with a brilliant assist to Dybala for Roma’s opening goal.
