Aaron Ramsdale determined to leave Arsenal this summer
The England international is reportedly pushing hard to sanction an exit with the transfer window, which shuts down in less than two weeks. Aaron Ramsdale has played second fiddle to David Raya last season and has grown tired of sitting on the bench.
But, there has been no concrete interest in the England international, mainly due to Arsenal’s mammoth asking price of £50 million for the 26-year-old goalkeeper. Arsenal recently rejected a loan offer from Ajax, as the deal did not meet their requirements.
Romano said: “I expect some movement also in the next days for Aaron Ramsdale. Aaron Ramsdale is on the list of some clubs, there are some possibilities for him.
“Arsenal are insisting on a permanent transfer but let’s see if they will find a way for this one or not. But, for sure, on Ramsdale, there could be movement.
“Arsenal are already preparing to have a new backup goalkeeper with Garcia from Espanyol, who can be a candidate for the role of backup goalkeeper behind obviously David Raya.”
