Liverpool in line for Napoli striker to strengthen Arne Slot’s attacking options

It has been reported by ‘Yahoo Sports UK’ that Premier League club Liverpool is still interested in signing Serie A side Napoli’s star striker Victor Osimhen in the ongoing summer transfer window.

However, Express UK’, has termed that despite a likely interest from the Red’s hierarchy in Osimhen any deal would mean they have to splash a club-record transfer fee in order to bring him to Anfield.

Napoli are expected to ask around a sum of £110-115 million for Victor Osimhen. But, the positive aspect for Liverpool fans and Arne Slot is that reports have deemed that the Reds America-based owners could be willing to spend that sort of cash if they decide to go all in for the player in the coming days.
