Manchester City and Manchester United battling with PSG for Joao Neves transfer

Benfica midfielder Joao Neves is considered one of the most sought-after young prospects in the world right now. He has made 75 senior appearances for the Portuguese giants across all competitions.

Neves has the tools to develop into a bright prospect in the coming years and missing out on a player like Neves would be a huge blow for Pep Guardiola and his team. The 19-year-old broke out in the first team in January 2023 and has not looked back since.

But according to a recent report from Portuguese publication A Bola, Neves is only considering joining PSG instead Manchester City or Manchester United. With Manuel Ugarte facing an uncertain future at PSG, the Ligue 1 giants are ramping up their efforts to sign the Portuguese youngster.
