Canada vs Uruguay Highlights: Luis Suarez pulls a late strike to save his country
Uruguay was mentally destroyed following an incident involving some family members of their players after the game against Colombia. Playing against Canada which on the paper should have been an easy win, everything was not going according to plan as Uruguay were close from losing 2-1.
Luis Suarez saved the day for his country, scoring an equaliser in the dying minutes. The game was proceed into penalty shootouts which was won 4-3 by Marcelo Bielsa’s squad.
