West Ham United winger Maxwel Cornet’s loan move to Serie A club Genoa has been agreed upon by the Hammers reports Fabrizio Romano. The Ivorian left-winger is currently on loan at Southampton.

At Genoa, Cornet will be working under head coach Patrick Vieira, who clearly believes that the 28-year-old winger can be a useful addition to his squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. This season, Maxwell has only appeared twice for the Saints on loan in the Premier League.
