West Ham submitted a bid for summer target Crysencio Summerville

The Hammers have reportedly made their first offer for Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville while talks have been held over personal terms. He has been capped by the Netherlands U-21 side eight times and is one of the highly-rated forwards in the Championship.

Summerville has been monitored by a plethora of European clubs such as Chelsea, Liverpool, Newcastle United and even PSG. He has also been attracting interest from Serie A side Roma but a concrete offer is yet to be submitted by either of these clubs.

The 22-year-old Dutch winger is under contract until the summer of 2026 and Leeds are reportedly demanding in the region of £40million for his transfer. Summerville was named Championship Player of the Year despite Leeds missing out on promotion last season.

Since joining from Feyenoord in the summer of 2020, Summerville has made 89 appearances for the Whites while registering 25 goals and 12 assists in the process.
